Outstanding Quality

Legacy made me a great outdoor table for my covered porch. It looks beautiful and plays very, very well. After a year at one house, I moved and took it with me to my new house. I used the same crew to move it as installed it for Legacy originally and it went great. After a week or two in the new place I had some damage occur to the table (leg leveler failed) and Legacy sent me a whole new set of 4 legs for free - remember the table was over a year old and had been moved. I got the legs in a week. It took me about an hour to swap out all four and level the table and bingo - back in business. Legacy kept me right up to date with the shipping info and contacted me after I had received them to see how I was getting on. A great product and fantastic service. I can't recommend them enough.

Really happy with this purchase. Our new shuffleboard table is very solid and good looking, the customer service was super helpful, and the delivery was excellent - they went out of their way and were able to get us the table three weeks earlier than originally anticipated. I would definitely recommend Legacy Billiards.

I ordered the 8' Barren outdoor table back in November of 2024 as a Christmas gift to our family. I did some research online and came to the conclusion that Legacy had the product and service I was after. I ordered the table and the five star installation (highly recommend the installation) entirely online. Legacy's communication, delivery and were exceptional. The local company they contracted with for the installation was top notch as well. The table is beautiful and extremely well made. The entire process was great and we couldn't be happier with the table. I would definitely buy from Legacy again.

Beautiful and Professional Installation

Let me start by saying that the advertised pictures for the Megan do not do it enough justice because it is even more gorgeous in person! On top of that, Master Billiards went above and beyond our expectations. I will even go as far as also saying that we recently had new hardwood flooring installed and I have to admit that it was a concern for me that it might get damaged during the pool table installation (par for the course I was told), but that was not the case at all. This crew was meticulous, professional, and extremely careful.

Great Quality and Fast Delivery

We are up and running and the table is great! Thought we would share a picture with you so you can see how it turned out. I know majority of the time tables are installed by professionals but thought I would send you some thoughts on our experience in hopes that it might be helpful for you or others.

Quality of the table looks outstanding! The parts went together nicely and was fairly intuitive. The stain is beautiful and matches with our area nicely. Having the wood samples you sent last year was helpful for us to match. The ordering process was easy online and delivery was super fast. The instructions that came with the table weren't the best. The pictures are fairly small and don't give a lot of detail. For example, there is special hardware for the bolts but wasn't clear which direction they should go on and the instruction picture didn't really show. Another is it stated there are 2 center pockets and 4 corner pockets but it was not easy to determine which were which until we got them on the table. So feedback is to provide maybe some best practices or pointers in the instructions as well. And as mentioned on the fabric, clearer about which side is the top. The instructions say it is marked but then all you see is this white dotted line and not sure if that is marking the top or bottom.

With the fabric, it was great to have it precut for the table and rails however the table piece was EXTREMELY short compared to what we saw on your instruction videos, etc (see picture attached). It would have been better to have even a few inches on either side (the length was ok) as it made doing the side pockets harder. Talking about the instruction videos you have on YouTube, even though they are older the guy did an excellent job on explaining things and we referenced back to him frequently. For the accessory kit, it would have been nice to have come with actual chalk too. It came with the holder but not chalk so we now need to buy but no stores are open with it. Its inexpensive but would have been convienent.

Definite fan day 1. Got delivery on Monday. Took afternoon off today for assembly. Been playing for hours. Slides true. Very solid. Thankfully only took about 2 hours to assemble.
