Cancel or Change Order
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. All items that ship within a few business days cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been purchased. Any item(s) that have not entered the shipping process, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. See below for more information about our return policy.
In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 1-866-953-4272. To ensure timely processing of your cancellation, please do not send your request via email. Thank you for your consideration.
Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may not be an option.
How is My Total Delivery Time Determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it.
Back Ordered Items
Periodically, due to the popularity of an item, a product must be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will be notified by a Customer Service Specialist, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order or an ETA on your backorder item(s).
Eligible Returns
You may return most eligible items, for any reason up to 30 days from the delivery date. Returns require a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be unused and in its original carton. Call 1-866-953-4272 for details.
Return Shipping
Please note in most cases for returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable on items due to color, preference, size, or any other form of buyers remorse.
