Term Conditions: *Terms are based on approved credit and apply to shippable items only* Any Invoice(s) not paid on time will result in no orders being entered in our system to reserve/allocate stock or released for shipment, until the account becomes current. Conditions on Freight Damage/Loss-Claims Policy | |||||||
Legacy will assist in filing freight claims for all product shipments that have been scheduled for shipping by us. A completed Freight Claim Form along with detailed pictures must be submitted to Legacy immediately when damage or missing items are determined. No merchandise should be returned without written/verbal authorization from Legacy Billiards. Any damage or shortage of goods must be noted on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt before signing at the time of delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, you should notify your Legacy Account Rep immediately so a claim can be filed. Refusal to accept goods from the carrier does not relieve the purchaser from responsibility for payment for the shipping or the product. All goods become the property of the purchaser upon delivery. Failure to comply with this claims policy set in place may result in; delays for replacement product, and incurring additional fees.
