This is our full service installation that requires no effort on your part.

Your newly purchased product will be shipped directly to our authorized installer.

The installer will contact you to set up an appointment to arrive and assemble your product.

Our installers will deliver and assemble your product in one visit.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your product to be shipped directly to an authorized dealer or installer.

In rare cases, there may be minimal additional fees for stairs or mileage.  You will be alerted to these fees prior to your order being released to our warehouse for pulling and shipping.

Your 5 Star Installation Includes:

Professional delivery and product installation in your home via our Authorized Dealer or a Certified Installation company.

Consultation with you to determine the best location, placement, and room requirements to maximize the benefits of your purchased product.

A care and maintenance briefing on the product to ensure prolonged life and that your expectations of your purchased products were met.

Remove all packaging and shipping materials from your home.


No Installation. Shipping Only.

IF YOU CHOOSE NO INSTALLATION - THE INSTALLATION PORTION OF YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY WILL BE NULL AND VOID.

Your new product will be delivered to you. If this is a smaller item that can ship ground, it will be placed at your front door like other ground shipped packages you typically receive. If however this is a larger or heavier item that will ship on a skid on a truck, the driver is only responsible for leaving the item on your driveway. It is your responsibility to get the item into a safe location once it is dropped off.

You will be responsible for inspecting the packaging and inform the driver of any damages that may have occurred during shipping.

You will be responsible for assembling your new product by following the included instructions.

If for some reason you are unable to get your product properly installed, it will be at your expense to bring someone in to tackle getting the product(s) setup correctly.

We will NOT accept any return request for issues with installation if you use your own installers.
