accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and most
United States territories. Please contact the Legacy Billiards Customer
Service Team at 1-866-953-4272 to get
shipping rates to Alaska, or Hawaii.
Sales to End Users
Only
Legacy Billiards sells
and ships products to end user customers and Authorized Retailers only.
If you are a consumer, you may not purchase for resale. Legacy reserves
the right to refuse or cancel your order if Legacy suspects you are purchasing
for resale. If you

Payment Methods
Legacy Billiards allows you to make your
purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read
carefully our
policies with
respect to payment methods before you place your order.
Credit, Debit, and Check Cards
Whether you order online or phone in your order
to Legacy Billiards, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When
you provide Legacy with your card
information, Legacy will obtain a pre-approval from the card company
for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block
on
your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place.
Legacy Billiards accepts American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, and Visa credit, debit, or check cards associated with
a billing address
within the United States and most United States territories.
Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially
delay the processing of your order.
Legacy Billiards requires the credit, debit, or
check card security code for your card for any telephone or online
purchase
to
protect
against
the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security
code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card
that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account
number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature
panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Cashier's Check or Money Order
Legacy Billiards accepts cashier's checks
and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks
are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order,
you may order by phone at 1-866-953-4272. The cashier's
check or money order must be payable to Legacy Billiards. and include
your Order Number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your Order
Acknowledgment
email to:

Legacy must receive your payment within 10 calendar days
or Legacy will cancel your order. Please allow one business day for order processing
after Legacy receives your payment
Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your purchases,
Legacy Billiards will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and
the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone
in
your order,
the Customer Service representative will provide an estimated dollar total
of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time
you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order
is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect
at the time your order is invoiced will apply.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your pool table order has been processed,
you will be sent an email with tracking and delivery information. This
email is sent to the email address you provide us. It is very important
that you read your email as the email will contain important
delivery information as well. You will be contacted by the shipper the
day before delivery is to take place to establish a delivery time. The
Free Shipping included with your pool table includes delivery to your
door. You do not need to unload it from the truck. You will be responsible
to move your unassembled pool table or shuffleboard into a secure area
like the garage or if you do not have a garage, inside your home (this
will require at least two adults). You must check the
contents of the shipment to insure that packaging isn't noticeably damaged
and that the slate is not damaged. The
pool table cannot be brought into your home because of liability and
labor issues. At our discretion we may ship through any major moving
companies.
Signature is required for most deliveries: Most Legacy
Billiards shipments contain a pool table. A pool table will ship in
as much as four boxes or crates and can not be left at the location without
a signature of receipt. Please make arrangements to be at the delivery
location at the time set by you and the shipping company. Once your order
has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change
the shipping address.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on
your order is based on product availability, payment processing time,
and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Legacy
Billiards will not ship your product until Legacy receives full payment.
Legacy Billiards will begin processing
your orders on the next business day.
Business
days
are
Monday through Friday,
excluding federal holidays.
Legacy ships all products from our warehouse
in Collierville, TN.
Next Business Day shipping is not available.
Prices
Legacy Billiards endeavors to offer
you competitive prices on current Legacy products and selected specials
offered online. Your total order price will include
the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable
sales tax and shipping charges. Orders over $1000 will ship FREE. Legacy
reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online
store
at
any
time
and particularly
to correct pricing errors that appear on the store.
Product
Availability
Legacy Billiards makes
every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be
occasions
when Legacy confirms
orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products or the shipping
date is delayed. Legacy will contact you to inform you and, if you are
interested, Legacy may suggest
alternative
products that might meet your needs if you do not agree with the
revised shipping date. If you do not wish to order alternative products
and choose not to agree with the revised shipping date, Legacy will cancel
your order for
products
Legacy
cannot
supply
and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result,
and will refund your purchase price for those products.
Return
Policy
Legacy Billiards wants you to be happy
with your purchase and realize that while all sales are final, there may
be
some
instances
where a return or exchange is necessary. Please contact our Customer Service
department at 1-866-953-4272 should you need any assistance. There will
be no full refunds. All canceled orders and any returned merchandise will
be subject to a service fee.
Legacy Billiards will process orders quickly
and once an order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, it
cannot
be
canceled.
Prior
to such time, if an order is canceled, it is subject to a 15% service
fee. Once an order has been shipped any cancellation or refusal of
the order will result in a 15% service fee plus actual shipping and/or
delivery fees. Only orders that are received in their original packaging
will be considered for return for pool tables this will entail having
the table palletized, banded, and shrunk wrap with all boxes intact
and the slate fully crated.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Because all sales are final, any return, exchange,
or cancellation is an exception and must be approved through our corporate
office.
Other Terms and Conditions
Legacy Billiards reserves the right
to change the terms and conditions at any
time.
Legacy Billiards may make changes to any products
or services offered online.
Legacy Billiards reserves the right to do any
of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend
or terminate
operation
of or access
to our online store, or to any portion of our online store, for any reason
(2) to modify or change our online store, or any portion of our online
store, and any applicable policies or terms and (3) to interrupt the
operation of
our online store, or any portion of our online store, as necessary
to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other
changes.
To the extent permitted by law, all sales at
our online store are governed by Tennessee law, without giving effect
to its conflict of
law provisions.
