The Finishing Touch Our experience in the furniture business combined with our close relationship with the experts at Valspar put us at an advantage over our competition by allowing us to put a "fine furniture finish" on all Legacy billiard tables and game room furniture. Each and every piece of furniture on our line gets the same 14 step process. 1 Part is cleaned of any debris. 2 Sub stain. 3 Stain 40% color. 4 Stain 60% color. 5 Wash coat (PU base AKZO) oven. 6 Sand. 7 Glaze 95% color. 8 Base coat (PU base) oven. 9 Sand. 10 Shading stain 100% color. 11 Take mask off of protected areas and add base coat. 12 Top coat. 13 Sand. 14 Final top coat.

Please use this guide when choosing your finish. Take note that not every finish is available on all items. We limit the number of finishes on certain items to keep our cost down and this translates into savings for you.

Cloth Color Options

TYPES OF CLOTH Legacy offers two types of cloth for use with our pool tables, Napped Wool or Worsted Wool. Both are made from wool and contain a percentage of nylon. Legacy Billiards recommends worsted wool because of it’s durability, speed, and easy maintenance. All of our pool tables come with Standard Napped Cloth.   Napped: Is woven with thread made up of long and short fibers twisted together to make billiard cloth with a fuzzy surface. Napped is less expensive and shows chalk marks less because of the thicker weave that allows the chalk dust to settle in the cloth. Napped cloth also tends to pill which slows the ball. Napped cloth is less durable. Worsted: Is woven with thread that is combed to remove the short fibers. This makes the billiard cloth smoother and more consistent. Worsted is more expensive and the balls run faster with a consistent speed. Worsted cloth is more durable. Each thread is treated with DuPont™ Teflon® fabric protector to protect your investment from accidental spills

Seven foot table: 3.5’ x 7’ A - 11' x 14' B - 12' x 15' C - 13' x 16' Eight foot table: 4’ x 8’ A - 12' x 15' B - 12' x 16' C - 13' x 17' Nine foot table: 4.5’ x 9’ A - 12' x 16' B - 13' x 17' C - 14' x 18'

Installation Options

Pool Tables: $499.99 Shuffleboards: $349.99 This is our premium installation that requires no effort on your part. Your new pool table or shuffleboard will be shipped directly to our authorized installer where they will cover the top rails to minimize the time needed in your home. The installer will contact you to set-up an appointment to arrive and assemble your pool table or shuffleboard. Our installers will deliver and assemble your pool table or shuffleboard in one visit.   Benefits: SAME DAY Professional delivery and Product Installation in the home, (via our Authorized Dealer or a Certified Installation company) Consultation with the customer to determine the best location, placement, and room requirements to maximize the benefits of the purchased product. Explaining brief care and maintenance of the product to the customer to ensure prolonged life and condition of the purchase. Condense all packaging and shipping materials and remove from the customers home. If a customer chooses the 5-Star option, the “Covered Rails” option will not be needed since the installer will be covering the rails. Pool Tables: $369.99 Shuffleboards: $229.99 Legacy will ship your new pool table or shuffleboard directly to your garage or front door. You will be required to inspect the packaging and inform the driver of any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All items need to be placed in the room your product will be installed. This should be done prior to installer arrival. An authorized installer will contact you to set-up an appointment to assemble your pool table or shuffleboard after your product is shipped. Benefits: Consultation with the customer to determine the best placement of your product per the room requirements to maximize the benefits of the purchased product. Explaining brief care and maintenance of the product to the customer to ensure prolonged life and condition of the purchase. If a customer chooses the 3-Star option for pool tables, the “ Covered Rails” option will not be needed since the installer will be covering the rails.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your product to be shipped directly to you or an authorized Dealer or Installer.   Other Options: If you want to install your new pool table or shuffleboard yourself or have a friend that knows how, Legacy has other options available including an Installation DVD for the do-it-yourself kind of person. Please Note: If you choose NO INSTALLATION or COVERED RAILS ONLY, your Pool Table or Shuffleboard Warranty will be Null & Void. Covered Rails for pool tables: $69.99 If you think you can assemble your new pool table but are concerned about the complicated task of covering the top rails, let Legacy do it. Legacy will cover the top rails and ship your new pool table directly to you. You will be responsible for inspecting the packaging and inform the driver of any damages that may have occurred during shipping. Your new pool table will be placed in your garage or at your front door. You will be responsible for assembling your new pool table by following the included instructions. No Installation. Shipping Only: Your new pool table or shuffleboard arrives to you just as it arrives to one of our many retailers. You will be responsible for inspecting the packaging and inform the driver of any damages that may have occurred during shipping. The product will be placed in your garage or at your front door. You will be responsible for assembling your new pool table or shuffleboard by following the included instructions.
