Legacy Billiards' products such as: Tables, Shuffleboards, Furniture, etc… are not offered to non-authorized Dealers, Buying Clubs, Mass Merchants or "Big Box Stores". Any imitations or implications of the Legacy Billiards' name or product line found in these locations are not subject to any consumer benefits or warranty policies that Registered Legacy Billiards® products offers to our customers and are subject to legal action in accordance with the U.S. legal code, (15U.S.C. § 1125(c)) outlining the laws of Trademark™ infringement.
